MIH Eats: Spicy Beet Salad

A wonderful tasting salad from mom blogger, Life of Larisa.

Beets (peeled and cooked)
White Onion
Green olives
Black olives
Olive oil
Fresh squeezed lime
Pinch of salt

Chop veggies and pecans into small chunks, chopping the beets into slightly larger chunks. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Olive oil, sriracha, lime juice added to taste (eyeball it, no exact measurement needed) Refrigerate and ready to serve.

Great on top of greens, rice, quinoa, crackers, or by itself.
